1. I'm so excited for Arizona this weekend! It's going to be 80 degrees. A little warm for marathoning but I'll take it. Hopefully I'll finish before it hits 70. That's the goal anyways... So this week I've been lathering up my legs...
I've been using tanning lotion in hopes to not scare the native Arizonians with my paleness. I haven't ran in shorts for a couple months now. The summer color fades so fast...
2. Had a great 6 miler last night. Love it when I have an awesome run before a race. Good mojo...
3. Please tell me you've been watching 'The Sing-Off'!!! If you haven't you are missing out, big time. I'm not sure how I can ever watch American Idol again. These guys are amazing. Voices like buttah. And I'm wondering why they're not already on the radio. Here's who going to win.... Enjoy.
I'm getting our meet up sorted today.

ReplyDeleteI'd give anything to be in warm, sunny AZ right now! But I wouldn't want to marathon in those temps...I'm glad you welcome it! Best of luck this weekend!

ReplyDeletewe are obsessed with the sing off. we have also pegged these guys as the winners. they have a hint of boys II men in them, which as you know sits well with me. i did love the throwback guys as well though. last night i called them "jerry and the five peaches". i don't know if you can break onto the scene at that point in life (unless i suppose, you are susan boyle) but i still love their sound.
ReplyDeleteI love a good run before a race!! 80 degrees sounds wonderful right now. Love tanning lotion, I guarantee my legs are pastier ha! Good luck this weekend and I can't wait for the race report!!! Mint M&M's are the best things ever!!
