I promise I've been running... :) Just forget to list what my training plans are from week to week. I've been winging it a little the last few weeks since I had so many races in September. Anywho... I'm back in taper mode with only two weeks left til Napa Valley Trail Marathon. Here's what I'm lookin at for this week...I'm also lookin at a deer in my backyard about ten feet away from (literally) looking for a snack... :)
Saturday - 14 miles, easy, long - was shooting for 18 to 20 but some GI issues today.
Sunday - Off
Monday - Training session/weights, 3 miles easy
Tuesday - 5 miles, speed intervals
Wednesday - 6 miles easy
Thursday - 5 miles easy, weights
Friday - Off
Saturday - 12 miles, easy, long
That's the plan. We'll see how close I stick to it... :)

Tuesday - Interval Speed Workout - 4 miles - Did a tempo 5 miles instead

TOTAL MILES: 48 miles - thats a lot!
